During this time, we will do our best to fulfill orders as fast as humanly possible. In the event your order has not shipped (for any reason including back ordered products), we reserve the right to refuse the request to combine any future orders with the past order that has not shipped.
If your parcel is returned to us with the reason of unclaimed or insufficient address, you will be required to pay again for the postage costs to have the parcel re-mailed.
If your parcel is delivered to an incorrect address (incorrectly put into system by you during the order process), we are not responsible to replace those items without receiving the funds necessary to replace the products/shipping.
