SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed during normal business hours usually ship within 24 hours
US | All orders under $15 ship via USPS First class mail. The United States Postal Service does not guarantee a delivery time and does not offer tracking information for First Class mail. Generally you can expect your order between 4 and 7 business days after the order has shipped. All orders above $15 ship via USPS Priority mail. You will receive tracking information and can expect your order between 2 and 3 days.
INTERNATIONAL | All international orders ship via USPS First Class mail. The United States Postal Service does not guarantee a delivery time and does not offer tracking information for First Class mail international. Generally you can expect your order between 7 and 21 business days after the order has shipped.
RETURN POLICY
You may return new, unopened items sold by PaperCraneProductions.net within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please contact Customer Service for return instructions.
About refunds...
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
